Working with Regina during my postpartum journey was truly a blessing — one that I didn’t even realize how much I needed until she arrived. Unlike many doulas who come in right after birth, Regina entered our home a little later, after the initial whirlwind had settled. From week 6 to week 12, Regina came into our home several times a week and brought with her a sense of calm and care that I hadn’t felt in a long time. The impact she had on my healing and sense of self during those weeks is something I’ll carry with me always.
