Kathleen knew what I needed in each moment—whether it was encouraging words, grounding touch, or simply holding space for me. She worked alongside my partner and the medical team, ensuring my birth plan was respected and that I felt heard and cared for.
Kathleen also connected me with an amazing network of support professionals during my pregnancy and postpartum—including an acupuncturist, chiropractor, massage therapist, pelvic floor therapist, and lactation consultant—each of whom were truly the best in the area. Because of her, I felt like I had a whole team of trusted experts supporting me at every stage.
There is absolutely no way I could have done it without her, and I can say without hesitation that I will continue to work with Kathleen for any future pregnancies. Her knowledge, compassion, and unwavering support made all the difference—and I can’t imagine going through the experience without her by my side. I would recommend Kathleen (and Fiona!) to anyone looking for an amazing doula.
