She was very sweet, and it made me feel at ease to have her as our doula. Although my birth did not go as planned, I was very happy to have her as a support person during my birth and she was there every step of the way. I went into active labor in an awkward hour, and she was very responsive, and traveled a long way to be there for our birth, which I am super grateful for! She went above and beyond by also providing us education on newborn care -- so helpful as first time parents.
