My husband and I loved working with Ildi and Sam and would highly recommend them to other families, especially first-time parents. As first-time parents we had a TON of questions and little experience with newborns. Iildi and Sam were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They patiently answered every question we had regarding sleep, feeds, and how to maintain our sanity during the first 8 weeks of having a newborn. Ildi even helped us with our daughter's first bath, which made the process much more enjoyable and less nerve-racking. As a Mom, breastfeeding was really important to me and Ildi helped me to establish a good latch, understand when my milk would come in and how to manage my supply in the early weeks. Ildi also supported us during the day with "postpartum" visits which were invaluable. During this time my husband and I were able to get much needed naps, make sure we were eating properly and take showers (a rarity in those first weeks!!). Sam supported us through overnights which were incredible and vital for us to keep our spirits up during what can otherwise be a (beautiful) but tough time. If / when we have another child I would love to work with them again!
