We had an incredible experience working with Heidy Ramirez as a postpartum doula in March-April 2024. Heidy was an absolute pleasure to have in our home each night that she was there - she is a calming presence that consistently reassured us while also calling attention to potential issues (gas, baby fighting swaddle, etc) and providing suggestions for how to tackle them. She is an excellent communicator and I never felt out of the loop or concerned while she was with my baby overnight. Welcoming our second baby was daunting at first but having Heidy available overnight and even as a resource to answer questions regarding older sibling behavior made the transition as smooth as possible. We will miss having Heidy in our home but we are so grateful for the time we had with her over the last 8 weeks. Her advice, assistance and support was invaluable and I would highly recommend her to any families looking for a postpartum doula.
