Olsy was on phone any time, during our pre labor meetings, she took the time to get to know us and tune into our concerns and goals .She is a lovely person and her calming presence, positive reassurance, and great coaching made a tremendous difference in my labor and delivery experience. She also made my hospital room feel like a spa retreat with candles, lights . She always brought me water when I was in labor this helps me a lot. Not enough words like I’m grateful to Olsy .
