Testimonial for Denise Messick PCD (NAPS)
Denise cared for me as well as my family for the first nine months after my second son was born. Originally we planned for the first four months and over the summer, while my other son was off school. However, Denise became an integral part of our well being and healthy family dynamic so we humbly asked her if she would continue with us for as long as she was able. She’s a mother, a grandmother, caring friend and a great doula. She was there to help make my first-born feel taken care of and special when I couldn’t be around for him as well as take care of the baby when we needed to have our special time together. Denise is also well educated when it comes to newborn care, and lactation support and perinatal mental health. I was able to take a nap if I was up all night and take a shower (which should not be that hard, but it was). She is also really great at folding by the way (just saying). I would highly recommend checking in on her availability as soon as possible if you need a postpartum doula because she books up fast and comes highly recommended.
