I am so grateful I discovered New Family Needs! Through my birth doula, I was introduced to Hilary when I was looking for overnight and daytime doula care to ease our family’s transition from one child to two. Hilary's business operations and the quality of services offered have truly impressed me. She is incredibly organized and communicative. I often wondered how she managed to respond so promptly, given her many clients!
Hilary's extensive experience with Carrot Fertility, a family building benefit provided by my employer, was incredibly helpful. Her expertise made it easy for me to navigate the platform, ensuring I quickly received my employer reimbursements.
As for doula matches, Hilary arranged timely meet and greets with the doulas I selected, allowing me to become comfortable with them before they started. Both doulas, Katie and Rebekah, were fantastic, staying in touch before our son’s birth and being fully engaged throughout our experience.
Hilary also creates opportunities for new parents to connect, which is particularly welcome during the often isolating early days. I thoroughly enjoyed the Art with Baby workshop at a local pottery painting studio and have joined her weekly new parents lunch group to meet other parents, which I'm eagerly anticipating.
