I recently gave birth to our precious baby boy and I don’t think I would have been able to get through my labor without the help of Inka. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!! She is such a sweet, well-educated doula who will listen respectfully to what you have in mind about your birthing desires. She was very supportive in my decision to have an unmedicated birth. During my labor, Inka worked to get me into the best positions as possible depending on baby’s station. Leading up to my birth, we met with Inka over Zoom and in person and she helped teach us partner exercises, different forms of meditation, many relaxation techniques, and the best positions to help move our baby’s progress through delivery. Inka definitely helped ease all my pent up anxiety about my birth. She gave me the upmost confidence to have the best labor/birth experience as possible. I will definitely consider choosing her again as my doula for any future children I have!!! Highly, highly recommend her as your birth doula!!!!
