My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Shaina!
I found her services on the SpinningBabies website and could tell from her picture that she would be the right person for our SpinningBabies Parents course. My instinct was correct. I felt at ease the moment we met. She has a warmth and confidence about her and makes suggestions without it feeling forceful or as though what she says is the best way or the only way (as I’ve seen with doctors).
As for the services, she happily offered to come to our house to give the course and brought all the supplies we would need (I.e. birthing ball, peanut, etc.). She even offered to let us borrow them for the birth. She was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about her work, and my husband and I walked away with a clear and thorough understanding of how to use the SpinningBabies movements for a smoother and more comfortable labor. I’ve not yet had the baby as of this post, but the 3 Balances and daily stretches have helped move my baby from ROT to LOT. I’m looking forward to seeing how well they work during active labor. This course and Shaina left me feeling so empowered going into my second birth. I cannot sing her praise enough!
