Mayra was our night doula for our first daughter, and we have nothing but positive things to say about her — she’s a great communicator, an amazing caretaker, always so professional but also personable, and really good at what she does. What I really appreciated is her expertise (she knows what to do to help extend sleep, etc.) but also her flexibility (depending on how you’re feeding and what strategies you might want to implement, she’s happy to adjust). Our daughter was sleeping through the night by 12 weeks and while every baby is different, hitting that milestone without Mayra wouldn't have been possible. She was such an important part of our postpartum journey, and we are so lucky to have worked with her!
