I can't say enough great things about Laura and how she supported me through my labor as a first time momma. As soon as my son was born, I looked at my husband and said, "I want to have another baby" - this is a testament to the incredible medical care I received and Laura's encouragement as she walked me through the different choices I needed to make while at my most vulnerable state. She checked in on me frequently while I was laboring at home, calling and texting to remind me about different natural interventions that I could do to minimize discomfort and when the contractions intensified, she spoke with my husband to guide and support him as we made our way down the decision tree as to when to leave for the hospital. While at the hospital, Laura worked so well with my nurse helping me make informed decisions about my care, physically helping me get into optimal positions to help my baby move down, she held me, massaged me, and brought me comfort with the essential oils, setting up LED flickering candles for me to focus on. She honestly brought me so much comfort with her confidence and overall calm and caring demeanor. I didn't realize until days after my delivery that Laura even captured a few photos on my husband's phone. I am so grateful for the experience of working with Laura and the sweet memories my husband and I have of our first baby's delivery thanks to her.
