Alysha has been my doula 2 times now, most recently for my twins! She is so helpful with pre-labor information and helping get prepped for birth. She took the time to understand and remember my birth plan so she could assist me in advocating for myself. During my labor Alysha was such a calming presence and helped facilitate the atmosphere of my labor space. She was encouraging and reassuring even during the difficult parts of labor.
