Kathleen was a lifesaver for us! We were super procrastinators when it came to finding a doula, and she squeezed us in when we called literally the week of our delivery. I think my husband wasn't sure what a doula does or why we needed one but he went with it. I ended up having a corio infection and needing a C-section. My temperature spiked to 104 and I was pretty out of it. She talked my husband through everything and stayed up the entire night and next morning making sure we were ok. He says he wouldn't have made it without her, he was so scared I was actually going to die. We are forever grateful that we found Kathleen and that everything works out for a reason. I've had friends who had doulas that left after X hours because their contract was up, Kathleen will stay with you through it all. She's the one you want in your corner when shit hits the fan!!
