Working with Kathleen was a wonderful experience. Our first son was preterm and she helped us navigate the anxiety and uncertainty of a second pregnancy. It was helpful to have a support person to discuss feelings and medical results as well as provided prospective and guidance with pregnancy. I really valued Kathleen's great relationships with my doctor, Dr Karsan, knowing that they work well together was important to me. Kathleen kept us calm and focused on our goal of a VBAC. She was so helpful in the delivery room, immediately upon her arrival it felt more relaxed and like the party could start. The help with pain management and labor positioning was amazing. I didn't even notice that I had been pushing for 3 hrs because everyone was so calm, cherrful and helpful. Overall it was a fabulous experience for both my husband and I.
