I worked with Jo Ann for the birth of my second baby, and I am so grateful to have found her! After a traumatic birth with my first baby, I was nervous going into my second pregnancy. She provided very thorough prenatal education and introduced me to the Body Ready Method prenatal exercise program, which I loved. It helped me stay feeling strong through my pregnancy and I suspect it may have contributed to my very smooth labor, delivery, and recovery process.
