So much thanks for Steoh throughout the lead up to, during, and after the birth of our little boy. The Hypnobirthing course was so worth it as well to really create a breadth of knowledge that we just didn't have going into this experience. It's so vital in my opinion to have an ally through this often confusing and intense rite of passage, and Steph brings to the table such a wealth of not only knowledge but also wisdom and compassion, both of which can often be missing in the western medicalized birth experience.. not to mention her own extensive personal experience on the subject! We also weren't able to find a midwife, and Steph filled in this gap for us on so many levels. It's such important work.
