Amber was truly the ideal doula for us! She was such a gift throughout the entire process and was a huge part of why I approached labor with excitement instead of fear. Amber helped us come up with our birth preferences, was an endless well of information, and made us feel supported throughout. Anytime I had to make a decision during labor Amber was there to keep me informed so I felt empowered in the choices (some of them unexpected!) I made. She kept me and my partner fed and hydrated, made us laugh, gave massages and took some amazing photos of the experience that I will cherish forever. It was really important to me to find an lgbtq+ friendly doula and Amber was incredibly inclusive and thoughtful as an lgbtq+ person themself. If you’re looking for a doula I cannot recommend Amber enough!!
