Tia is an incredible doula and person. Her and I developed a detailed, yet simple birth plan that encompassed all my wishes. She explained hospital options so I could make informed decisions. Prior to my son's birth, she showed my husband and me birth and overall comfort techniques. I had a complicated labor and delivery, which did not go according to plan, but Tia supported my husband and me throughout it all. Tia also came to my home postpartum and shared some excellent insight into feeding tips and techniques that helped with my son's gassiness and reflux. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, strong, and knowledgeable doula.
