As a first time mom I was so worried I was always doing something wrong but Anya was there to help me and give me the guidance and advice that made me feel more confident and also more comfortable with my baby. Not once did I feel judged for my concerns or questions, she always made sure to check in with me and make sure that I was doing ok as well and she was so patient with me and my baby brain. When I cried to her about how stressed i was and cried about other personal things i was going through at the time, she sat down with me and created a safe space for me to open up to her. She took the time to talk to me and truly listen, she made me feel supported and heard. In that moment it felt like i had made a new friend, it was a beautiful moment that i will never forget, i had to buy her flowers as a thank you gift before she left.
