Rachel was a Godsend for this pregnancy and birth. This was my fifth birth but after some past birth trauma, I knew I needed someone to keep me grounded and focused on the beauty and joy of birth. Rachel worked with me by giving me stretches to do throughout pregnancy and then was very knowledgeable with Spinning Babies to help get baby girl into the correct position. After a long first stage of labor, active labor was very short and Rachel was there no matter what I needed. We prayed, laughed, and cried together. I am so thankful for her and the rest of my birth team for helping me achieve a truly joyful birth.
