Serena stepped in to help us answer each and every question we had prior to our baby's birth and after as well.
I wanted to have a natural birth without pain medication and Serena was extra supportive since I told her what I wanted. I am sure that Serena was the reason that I made it through the pain. She was there holding my hand, helping me with the labour exercises, supporting my husband, and more. She was able to let me know with her own words anything that the medical staff would say and she always made me feel heard.
