She met with me for prenatal visits on Zoom and in person to guide me in creating a birth plan that ensured my medical team understood my needs. My husband and I took her three-day birth class packed with valuable information on pregnancy, labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and newborn care. The class opened our eyes to different perspectives that helped us make informed decisions for our hospital experience.
The week between my due date and induction, Sabine provided such a calming presence. She helped us explore delivery options and provided natural labor induction tips, like acupuncture.

Sabine set up a peaceful environment in the hospital room—dimming the lights, playing soothing music, and even projecting a galaxy of stars on the ceiling. Her words of encouragement helped me through contractions, and kept me grounded during the most intense moments. During the pushing phase, her calming presence and expert guidance kept me focused.
Sabine captured beautiful moments of our first hour as a family in a Google album. She also ordered food for us, assisted with initial breastfeeding, and continued to check in on us in the weeks that followed.
I love attending her free Thursday evening meet-up group, where parents can chat, ask questions, and build a personal connection with her before and after birth.
