As a perinatal chiropractor who’s passion is in supporting women throughout pregnancy and postpartum, I cannot stress the importance of having a strong support team enough. Doula support is incredibly important, regardless of what birth plan you have. From medicated hospital births to unmedicated home births, Christina is there to support you and your wishes throughout the whole journey. I have never met a doula who is more invested in her clients and she consistently goes above and beyond. Not only is she a fantastic and supportive doula, but she is a wealth of knowledge, offering numerous classes and workshops on a variety of topics. I have been fortunate enough to sit in on many of her infant massage classes and a doula workshop. Every time I speak with Christina, I learn something new. Her lactation support is exceptional as well. If you are a soon to be mama, I cannot recommend her workshops and educational courses enough! And if you’re a pregnant mom- I highly recommend utilizing her doula services.
Many people think doula’s are only necessary if you want to have a home birth, but this is not the case. I recommend Christina to so many of the pregnant moms we see at the office. The feedback we get is always exceptional, and have heard multiple moms say “thank goodness for Christina” after birth. Regardless of what your birth plan is, Christina is there to make sure your wishes are heard and followed, as well as to support you. When compared to other doulas, she goes above and beyond- multiple prenatal visits, postpartum check ins and the peace of mind of knowing she is only a text away. Her expertise make her an invaluable source of information and knowledge and she can support you no matter where you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey.
