Lauryn was an incredible advocate, resource, and comfort throughout my birth process. I had a lot of anxiety about both pregnancy and childbirth and Lauryn was extremely helpful in her support both leading up to my due date and on the day my son was born. She walked my husband and I through comfort measures ahead of time, which came in handy as I had a long labor at home before giving birth. I had always planned for a medicated hospital birth with minimal additional interventions, and I truly think that if it weren't for Lauryn's support and guidance, I might have had to have more interventions than I wanted. Lauryn is extremely warm, calm, and competent and I highly recommend her as a doula!
