Hiring Chloe was the best decision I made to help our family with child birth and postpartum support. From the start, she was always responsive, meticulously organized and so personable. She was there throughout my medically complicated child birth experience, working in partnership with my husband to look after me (and him at times as well). She looked after me just as my sister would have if she were there.
She was very flexible and waited until we could bring our son home from the NICU to begin the postpartum care. Once we were all home, she helped instill confidence in me about looking after our newborn with data, practical guidance and by sharing the wealth of knowledge she had based on her prior experience.
She offered friendship through her service in the early postpartum days when mothers are susceptible to baby blues and PPD. It made the entire experience of learning to care for our newborn enjoyable and alleviated my anxieties.
