she goes on and beyond with her services. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. Pre-visit: she guided us with the needed resources and educated us about any medical questions. We had to go through genetic test and she was holding us through the process by educating us after each doctor visit. I would leave the doctor's office with question and concerns, Joyce would help me feel more secure and informed. 1st visit; She provided us with the needed information prior to giving birth. We had an emergency birth, Joyce was in contact with us all night, she then went to the Hospital first in the morning. Hospital visit: she taugh us all the needed information along with our rights. She made the process easier for us. Our baby was in the NICU for a month and she kept in contact with us providing us with the needed information and support.
Ongoing support:
even after her services with us ended, she has continue to support us and connecting us with resources in the community. She has been a god gift to us. Our daugther had reflux and she connected us with a craniosacral and a chiropractor that helped our daughter to resolve it. She also connected us to a great pediatrician. I hope all parents have the opportunity to work with Joyce.
