When I passed my due date with no signs of labor, I reached out to Julia. My doctor had informed me that my baby was in a Right Occiput Posterior (ROP) position—meaning her back was facing my right side instead of resting along my stomach, which isn't an ideal position for labor. Julia immediately provided me with a wealth of helpful information, including exercises, postures, and yoga techniques to encourage my baby to move into a better position and engage in my pelvis.
After following her guidance for just a day or so, I went into labor—and things progressed quickly! Throughout the process, Julia helped me stay calm during contractions, and before I knew it, my baby had made her arrival.
