She has great communication skills and regularly checked in even when I wasn't reaching out, which felt nice. Most importantly to me, Jenn was non-judgemental and compassionate to all of my feelings, questions, and decisions. I had no idea how to navigate this experience with providers, my husband, family, or with myself. Jenn helped me feel confident with all of those aspects! I had a planned c-section and she was there with me from the start and also helped answer all my questions about post partum recovery and baby care. Seriously, can't recommend enough.
