Britney was such a wonderful birth doula to work with! Even from the first meeting Britney was open to what our experiences and knowledge was around the birth process. She helped reassure us of how the process would look and gave us materials to review in response to our questions. Britney is very respectful of boundaries and sensitivities when demonstrating comfort measures and was always open to how we felt about a particular method. She was always available to us for any questions and assistance, none bigger than the day of our child's birth which didn't quite go as planned. Britney joined us at the hospital after coming off of a shift helping another client and immediately jumped in to assist us during the experience. We were both so appreciative having her there as we navigated some unexpected twists and turns, all the while with Britney providing great guidance and reassurance. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a birth doula!
