Sara is calm, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and has a steady presence that felt incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. I felt listened to and respected as I developed my birth plan and preferences, and during the birth itself I received an incredible amount of encouragement and steadfast guidance from Sara. I also appreciated how she worked with both my partner and I, and was able to seamlessly integrate herself to support both me and him, in a way that continued to give him agency and confidence during the process as well.
