I hired Keli a couple of months into my first pregnancy for doula services in the greater Seattle area. She offered a good price for her services and had experience delivering at UW hospital system where we were giving birth.
She met with us via Zoom a handful of times before giving birth and I found her easy to talk to and understand, she suited the support I needed while delivering. Keli was pretty good about answering back messages within a reasonable time (quickly via text when we were closer to birth and within a few hours via email earlier in pregnancy).
When I delivered she was there for what I needed and didn't push for anything I didn't want, felt very natural and I would consider working with her again.
