I would highly recommend Katherine as your doula. She helped educate my husband and myself beforehand, coming to our house twice working around my crazy work schedule. In the delivery room, she helped explain what the doctors were telling us to help my husband and I make decisions. She was hands on with helping me move to different positions which best suited my needs, guided my husband and my mother in what they can do to best help me (water, massages, holding my hand, encouraging me). I (plus my husband and mom) would have been lost without Katherine's guidance in the delivery room.
