Words cannot express how incredibly grateful we are for Leah! From the moment we connected, she was everything we could have hoped for and more in a doula. During labor, she was an absolute rock. Her calming presence helped me stay focused and manage the intensity of contractions & pushing. She knew exactly what I needed, whether it was a comforting word, a change of position, or just a reassuring touch.

Also, one of the main reasons I chose to work with a Doula was for someone to advocate for me during labor. There was actually a moment when the nurse was considering administering a medication to elevate my blood pressure, which was dipping slightly. Leah calmly and respectfully asked her if we could wait just five minutes to see if it would stabilize on its own. She knew this particular medication would cause my heart rate to spike and as someone who already deals with anxiety, this would have made my birth experience a very negative one. Thanks to her, my blood pressure did indeed come back up, and I was able to continue labor without the medication. This moment truly highlighted her attentiveness and her commitment to honoring my body's natural process.

I honestly had the most beautiful and calming birth and I know a lot of that was attributed to working with Leah. Her knowledge and support made all the difference.
