After lacking the support I wanted in my first birthing experience, I knew I wanted to hire a doula. Lauralee came highly recommended and I'm so grateful she took the time to meet me and discuss working together. It was obvious from the start that she is deeply educated and truly wants the best for all birthing persons. She listened to me, and my unique needs and goals and offered invaluable feedback and guidance. She was a beacon of peace for me throughout my fearful and stressful moments during pregnancy and birth. I'm grateful to know her and feel bonded to her for life. Lauralee always made herself available to answer my random questions/ whether they were silly or not! She was a joy to have around, strong spirited,thoughtful and sincere. I love the birthing album she created for me and my family and although graphic (lol), I keep it on my bookshelf, and I'm SO grateful to have those photos of the first moments with my son. She's the best!!!
