I cannot recommend Hannah enough as a doula! This was my second time giving birth, and from our very first Zoom meeting, I was impressed by her positive energy and genuine passion for her role. I didn't even consider interviewing anyone else because I knew right away that she was the perfect fit for me.
When we met in person to discuss my birth plan, Hannah listened attentively to all my wishes and concerns. She provided valuable resources to help me prepare my body for labor. She made me feel empowered and supported throughout the entire process.
On the day I went into labor, Hannah was incredibly responsive. I texted her at 8 AM when I felt the first signs, and by 10 AM, things had intensified. She immediately offered to come to my house, and I'm so grateful she did! I couldn't believe I was able to labor through such tough contractions at home, her support made all the difference. She used counter pressure and various techniques, which helped me get through each contraction. My sister and husband were there with me and I loved how she still involved them and did not take over completely. She guided them on how they can help me.
When we finally decided it was time to head to the hospital around noon, I arrived fully dilated at 10 cm! I owe so much of this experience to Hannah for believing in me and guiding me through it all. If you're looking for a doula who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, look no further than Hannah!
