We felt so blessed to have such an amazing person support us along the process of bringing our first child into the world. I felt empowered, excited and educated with all her support. Once it came time to labor she truly showed up. With helping me stay hydrated, moving into better positions, helping me breathe through each contraction, and the unwavering support in and out. And even after birth, helping me with lactation, checking on my mental health and just continuing to care even after our contract has ended. I hope that she remains in our lives forever!
