Carli was the greatest asset to my home birth. I wasn’t sure I wanted or needed a doula until I met her and I’m so glad we made the investment. From our first meeting, through the prenatal visits and eventually the birth, she was a calm, confident, excited presence. She was exceptional and hearing what I wanted (one million hip squeezes, please), anticipating what I needed, and advocating for me with my midwife. A few days after the birth my husband said that if we have another he wanted the same exact birth team there, and I so agree! I will be forever grateful for Carli and her all-in nurturing care as we brought my little one into the earth!
