Thais helped us out for 6 weeks post-partum and it would have been very difficult for us as new parents without her.
Thais is amazing in understanding and caring for newborns, especially feeding. She was spot on at advising us on the countless things related to newborns - feeding times, quantities, count of wet & dirty diapers, nipple & diaper sizes, wake windows, sleep schedules, baby baths, and baby layering. We felt much less overwhelmed with her around. She understood the rapid changes our baby was going through and guided us through new challenges every day, making changes as needed. She was invaluable with our baby's spit-up and weight issues.
She was a huge help with breastfeeding and pumping concerns. She had great solutions to the problems we faced with feeding. Her passion for her work was evident—she came prepared with helpful tools like nipple cooling pads and shields. She also had great recommendations for some of the things our baby or I needed. She even brought a medical-grade baby scale, which helped us a lot in tracking how much our baby fed and ensuring he was on the right track.
She is very proactive and always finds ways to help, which is a huge relief for a family with a newborn. She comes in, asks what needs to be done, and takes care of it. She is also very reliable - I could just leave the baby with her and sleep.
I would very highly recommend Thais. She is not only highly skilled but comes in with a mindset to truly help out, making huge difference for new parents.
