Hiring Dasha as our Doula was the best decision I could have made for my birth experience. I did not originally want a doula for my birth but my husband lovingly encouraged me to go through and trust the process, as having a doula would be a great support for him personally on our delivery day as well as for me since I planned to have an unmedicated birth, and he was completely right. Dasha was professional, experienced, compassionate, and brought a needed presence of support and kindness both before, during and after I gave birth. She showed up for me at my home while I labored and was there for the entire birth process when we made our way to the birthing center, cheering me on and staying by my side every step of the way. Not to mention the level of support she was for my husband in instructing him on how he could be the best support for me. I can't even begin to imagine what it would have been like if she was not a part of our team, and I am so thankful for her.
