Testimonial for Christina Pruitt
Christina Pruitt was our doula for our third pregnancy/birth, first baby in the state of Georgia. Our options here were much less than in Illinois and we ultimately decided on a hospital birth. Throughout the pregnancy, Christina helped us navigate our choices and rights and supported our decisions. At 36/37 weeks pregnant, we found out our baby was breech. Christina got me in as soon as possible for a Body Works session and baby flipped to head down! The day of our birth we were in constant contact with Christina. When she got to the hospital she stepped right in and supported the labor progress. At the same time she had another labor that had started and we took on her back up doula with confidence and she was amazing. She's a former L&D nurse at the hospital we were at, knew the staff and was obviously very comfortable with the setting. I gave birth to a 9lb 4oz baby boy at 41 weeks and 2 days. We are so grateful for our support during pregnancy, labor and delivery.
