Laboring with Tara was great! This was my second birth but my first with a doula. Tara definitely made a difference in how I felt during the labor/delivery process. It was reassuring to have her wealth of knowledge at my fingertips during laboring at home and all the way to the hospital. She was a great encouragement to me during the time she spent with us. She also showed my husband ways that he could support me as well. Tara is a great listener and communicator and took initiative throughout my labor and delivery to help and encourage me. I would definitely recommend Tara as a doula.
