She showed my husband a few techniques to help lower my pain during contractions, which made a significant difference in my ability to cope. She helped me find comfortable positions, assisted in communicating with the medical staff, and, when the time came to push, held my hand every step of the way. Her encouragement and unwavering support empowered me to deliver my son exactly as I had planned.
