Abby has been such a big help to my growing little family over the past few months! As a first time mom, she made bringing my newborn home less stressful by providing expert guidance and suggestions for setting up his nursery and getting things in order before his arrival. After he was born, she provided ongoing support - patiently answering all of my questions, helping with baby care, laundry, and dishes, supporting me with breastfeeding, and providing a listening ear when new motherhood felt stressful. Now that my son is almost four months old, we are preparing to say goodbye to Abby as our postpartum doula, but we will miss her! She always brings a smile to my son's face when she arrives, and I feel confident and comfortable leaving him in her care so I can take a nap or shower, go grocery shopping, or catch up on other things that need to get done.
