I probably can't put into words how grateful I am to have worked with Evana for my first pregnancy. As someone who has a history of anxiety and panic attacks, I knew I needed strong support and reassurance and Evana delivered this and so much more. She offered very practical and calming advice, helped me mentally prepare for delivery to a point where I felt confident and most importantly-she timed my labor experience perfectly. Had it not been for Evana, I'm sure I would have gone into the hospital way too soon and I likely would have been talked into an induction and maybe even a c-section. Her support and guidance allowed me to stay at home with comfort up until I was in active labor and remind me that I have choices. She worked beautifully with hospital staff and really orchestrated a team effort when it came time for me to push. I will definitely use Evana again and I can't recommend this gem of a human enough as a doula and more importantly as a friend. Thank you so much, Evana!
