Shannon was everything and more! Getting pregnant the first time is really scary and not having any family here made it even harder. We felt like even thought we did our research we really wanted to have someone with us during the birth. From the first time we contacted Shannon it felt like the anxiety lifted away. Shannon was able to help educate us and put together a plan for us going into birth. Going into labor was hard but having Shannon there to continue providing support, guidance and just being there step by step was a blessing. After our son came it was even more of a challenge. So many emotions and new challenges but once again Shannon was there. She helped with everything from helping take care of the baby to talking to us about how we are feeling and going through. I honestly say without her we would've had a traumatic experience and I just can't thank her enough for her time with us. She went above and beyond and having her there throughout the whole process really made it feel like we had another family member nearby.
