Carli is a must have on your birth team. Carli has been our doula for both of our pregnancies. Our first time around, hubby wans't sure a doula was worth it - on the other side he said "it was worth every penny!" Carli is so insightful, supportive, and knowledgable. She was there for anything we needed through the pregnancies. Carli helped in more ways than I can remember! She was so helpful in finding various labor positions to push in to get baby to labor down, helped me know when it was time "to go," and how I could best labor at home to help things progress. She was able to help guide us in making informed decisions when labor didn't go exactly as planned. She was willing to either meet us at our home or at the hospital when it was time for baby to come. The prenatal and postpartum meetings were so helpful as well. Having Carli on your team is the best move you'll make during pregnancy. It's like have a birth expert bestie in your back pocket; she is there to support you and guide you every step of the way.
