Jenny helped us in the first 6 weeks with post partum care.Jenny is absolutely fantastic! I don't think we would've survived the transition and figuring out all the firsts without her! She helped teach my husband and I skills and how to do things so many baby basics (including one I never thought I would try, like how to use a baby wrap). She came to our house a few times a week and not only helped with anything from answering all of my new mom anxiety questions patiently, to caring for the baby so I could take a shower or sleep she was also incredible with our dog who is a huge part of the family. She helped as we navigated feedings and a baby that was slow to gain weight post birth. Jenny was incredibly supportive and reassuring during that stressful time. Her support extended beyond the practical. She had so many encouraging conversations with me. Jenny's patience, knowledge, and care made the transition into motherhood so much easier for me. She shared her own experiences, gave suggestions and ideas and when we found out our baby had CMPA she used her doula network to help us navigate some specific questions. She helped with the first bath, nail trims but the biggest gift she gave was helping instill confidence in myself as a new mom and setting us up for success. She was warm, caring, and I wish our time together didn't have to end!
