Our experience with Melissa was incredible. Where to start? First of all she is extremely experienced and has been in this field for longer tha most doulas I interviewed. She has close professional relationships with most OBGYNs and midwives around. Every time I mentioned Melissa was our doula our providers would say "Oh I love Melissa". Every one seemed to know her and think highly of her. She is very responsive, almost immediately texts back when you text her (unless she is at a birth). She is knowledgeable. She is professional. I am in the medical field and although you would think as a medical provider in Emergency Medicine I would have enough knowledge to not need a doula, I could not disagree more. I am so glad we hired her. I ended up having the most redemptive birth thanks to all the prep my husband and I, a little bit of luck but also thanks to Melissa. I have recommended her to my sister who has also hired her. I would recommend her to anyone.
