We had the most amazing experience with Leslie as our postpartum doula. This was our third kid and I never used a night doula with my others, but we were struggling so much the first few weeks with the lack of sleep and taking care of our two older kiddos. We were at a breaking point until Leslie came. She is the kindest, most supportive person and I had full confidence in her taking amazing care of our baby which allowed me to rest. I was finally able to get good chunks of sleep which helped my mood and made me a better mom to all my kids.
Leslie always showed up ready to work. She was so knowledgeable about how to keep my baby with reflux comfortable and gave me great advice on how we could manage this. Not only did she take great care of my little one, but she went above and beyond to prep things at night so our next morning was easier. She would empty our dishwasher and prep my older boys lunches for the next day so that the next morning was smooth as we tried to get the big kids to school.
I can’t recommend Leslie enough. If you are debating on whether a postpartum doula is worth it, I promise it is! I am so thankful for Leslie for providing the support when we needed it the most!
